  • Oct 13th (THU): Metrowest Brewfest 2011 at the Holliston Historical Society in Holliston: Over 20 breweries will be pouring their finest beers for this local fundraiser at the Holliston Historical Society. Live music, local food, raffles, and good times.
  • Oct 13th (THU): Barleycorn’s Pumpkine Ale Cooperative Brewfest, Natick, MA: Participate in the brewing, choose to take home as much beer as you want. RSVP required as the pumpkins need to be roasted.

  • Oct 14th (FRI): Svetlana Release at White Birch Brewing in Hooksett: Mike Boulerice was their second apprentice brewer. For his professional debut he brewed Natasha, a Russian Imperial Stout aged on oak chips. He also brewed a second batch we call Svetlana.   • Oct 15th (SAT): OKTOBERFEST – THE GREATER NEWBURYPORT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. family friendly event on Saturday, October 15 from 12 – 6 PM at the Bartlet Mall. Traditional German beer garden under the tent with authentic German food and baked goods. The event will also feature German music by the Mad Bavarian band and will also provide family friendly entertainment including the Roaming Railroad, a Merry Go Round, carnival games and other child friendly activities. Beer Week and Beer Month at Henry’s Wine Cellar: The Third annual Oktoberfest is from 12pm to 3pm on Saturday. This event includes an authentic German Oompa band, lots of great authentic German cusine, and of course a great selection of imported and domestic beers to try. Beer tastings on thursdays.
