Peak will be offering four beers from our Local series. This collection of ales will be four different brews using hops and barley sourced from four different states. These dry hopped pale ale’s were brewed in the exact same manner as to show the contrast in flavor profile in hops and barley sourced from different states. We will be pouring beers with ingredients sourced from Massachusetts, Vermont, Maine and New York.
