- Second Course: Grilled Beef Sausage marinated in Peak Organic IPA. Sliced over crisp potato pancake in a pool of smoked portobello mushroom gravy. BEER: Peak Organic Amber Ale
- Third Course: Amber ale braised port shoulder on creamy bacon polenta. Topped with crispy corn meal dusted shallots. BEER: Peak Organic Nut Brown Ale
