  • First Course: Crisp Goat Cheese. Caramelized Onion and Walnut Triangles with Pomegranate Gastrique. BEER: Peak Organic Organic Pomegranate Wheat
  • Second Course: Grilled Beef Sausage marinated in Peak Organic IPA. Sliced over crisp potato pancake in a pool of smoked portobello mushroom gravy. BEER: Peak Organic Amber Ale
  • Third Course: Amber ale braised port shoulder on creamy bacon polenta. Topped with crispy corn meal dusted shallots. BEER: Peak Organic Nut Brown Ale
  • Fourth Course: Chocolate-banana bread pudding topped with espresso-mascarpone mouse and drizzled with caramel sauce. BEER: Peak Organic Hop Noir
