Beer Dinner: Boulevard Brewing featured at Framingham BBC 4/18 (MA)‏

The British Beer Company will be hosting a Beer Dinner with Boulevard Brewing on Wednesday April 18th in Framingham. Boulevard Brewing of Kansas City, Missouri has been making waves and tantalizing taste buds since their beer recently landed in Massachusetts. The dinner will feature five courses and five pairings prepared by the BBC’s executive chef James Gibney of Essex England.

Tickets are $50 per person and it’s all inclusive. Seating is limited and the event will be hosted in the pub’s comfy Mad Dog Room.  Tickets are being sold at the bar right now.

Spring Soup
Quadruple Ale infused spring vegetable broth with garden peas, leeks, asparagus tips, carrots and wild garlic. Finished with a tender poached egg and chipotle spiced parmesan croutons. Paired with: Boulevard Sixth Glass Quadruple Ale

Poached Pear and Fresh Fig Salad
Poached pear and fresh fig over a Lolla Rossa and Frisee salad with fresh buffalo mozzarella and dressed in a balsamic double wide IPA vinaigrette with an Asiago cheese touile. Paired with: Boulevard Double Wide IPA

Smoked Haddock Rarebit
Fresh filet of haddock smoked over Tank 7 Ale soaked hard wood. This dish is topped with an ale infused sharp cheddar crust over blistered red cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion with a garlic IPA dressing.  Paired with: Boulevard Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale

Short Rib Osso Bucco
Slow braised beef short ribs in a Long Strange Tripel demi glaze over tender herb potato gnocchi, roasted red pearl onions and turned honey glazed carrots with a wild herb bouquet.  Paired with: Boulevard Long Strange Tripel

Dark Truth Chocolate Raspberry Ganache Tart
A chocolate tart topped with fresh raspberries and a Dark Stout vanilla cream and fresh mint. Paired with: Boulevard Dark Truth Stout
