- First Course – Roasted Maple Leaf Farm Duck Breast. Blueberry-black currant compote, wood fired bacon, amaranth blossoms
- Second Course – Rock Art Ridge Runner (barley wine style). Wood Fired Misty Knoll Farms Chicken Confit house smoked almonds, grilled cippoline onions
- Third Course – Rock Art IPA (India pale ale). “Pittsburgh Style” Beef Tenderloin. Wild mushroom and smoked porter espagnole, wood fire oven roasted Long Wind Farm tomatoes
- Fourth Course – Rock Art Midnight Madness (smoked porter). Dolce House Made Chocolate Spruce Stout Truffles
