Commercial Description:
Our special Holiday brew is a smooth ale with a complex palate derived from four different roasted malts and a blend of local and imported hops.

Why I selected the Ebenezer Ale:
Sometimes it feels like a battle as to who can use the most spices and different malts when it comes to a winter warmer.  I have really enjoyed the simplicity of Bridgeport’s Ebenezer Ale.  It drinks easy and isn’t overwhelming but at the same time it’s complex enough to satisfy my palate.

The Ebenezer ale is a beautiful cinnamon color.  When you smell it you pick up a nice slight smell of the malts used and it doesn’t over power.  It has a nice creamy small head that laces the glass quite nicely as you take each sip.  The first drink has a nice meld of a spicy and malty flavor that has a wonderfully warm finish.
