After finishing off a lovely four-day weekend, we are already looking ahead to next weekend. Trolling through our very busy calendar, we noticed that we have a cool Summer Beer Party on the schedule coming up that we decided that we really need to tell our Friends about. Here is the deal – this Friday, we are going to kick off the summer at the Port Tavern. We will be introducing Harpoon Summer Beer and enjoying it with some live music from solo acoustic guitarist Kevin Smith, who covers all your classic favorites, Allman Brothers, Paul Simon, Grateful Dead, and more. Come in early for some great food and stay for the show. The Port Tavern is a new establishment at the top of State Street in Newburyport with new ownership, and has been completely remodeled.
Between 8:30 PM and 10:30 PM, if you show your Friend of Harpoon card to the Harpoon representative and Harpoon will purchase a Harpoon Summer Beer for you. The Port Tavern is located at 84 State Street in Newburyport [map]. Remember, beer is best enjoyed among friends, so bring some pals along for a fun night at the Port Tavern. See you there.
