Join Wachusett Brewing Company at the Cambridge Common Restaurant for their first beer dinner of 2010.  The four course mean includes a ‘welcome beer’ plus four courses of brews and unbelievable beer food.

  • ~Starter~ Corn Fritters with a Maple-Honey Butter — Paired with Country Ale
  • ~Soup~ Potato Leek — Paired with Green Monsta
  • ~Entree~ [choice of] Yankee Pot Roast with Potatoes, Carrots, and a Ale au Jus — Paired with Winter Ale  OR Wild Mushroom Risotto in a Parmesan Cream Sauce with Garden Peas — Paired with Nut Brown Ale
