Blue Hills Brewery teams up with Abby Park Restaurant to present a 5 course beer dinner

• Reception: Fruit, Cheese and Antipasto Display
• 1st Course: Pat’s Stuffed Littlenecks – With bacon, roasted peppers, garlic & capers. Paired with Blue Hills Extra Pale Ale.
• 2nd Course: Salad Fresco – Italian couscous, roasted sweet corn, grilled zucchini, Brookwood Community Farm’s spinach, spring onions & Bibb lettuce. Meyer lemon vinaigrette. Paired with Blue Hills Wampatucket Wheat.
• 3rd Course: Barbecue – Beef brisket, baby back ribs & veal bratwurst with Napa slaw & baked cranberry beans. Paired with Blue Hills I.P.A.
• 4th Course: Short Ribs – Beef short ribs braised in Imperial Red I.P.A. served with semolina polenta & roasted tomato. Paired with Blue Hills Imperial Red I.P.A.
• 5th Course: Cherry-pistachio bread pudding with cherry gelato. Paired with Watermelon Wheat.
