  • Cheese Course, Paired with Haverale
  • Bay Scallops and Shrimp Ceviche, paired with Whittier White
  • New England Style Steamed Clams –  served with clarfield butter, paired with Nico Kolsh
  • Surf and Turf – half lobster balked and stuffed with seafood, paired with a seasoned grilled skirt stake.  Served with red bliss potatoes   and corn on the cob, steamed in Leatherlips IPA, paired with Annie Schwartz Black Lager
  • Chocolate Raspberry Tort –  with vanilla icecream, paired with Cali Poms
