Menu:
- Monkfish | Shipyard Wheat Ale: Pancetta wrapped, Tendercrop Farm honey – The Shipyard Wheat ale compliments the delicate nature of Monkfish.
- Gnocchi | Shipyard Pumpkin Head: Roasted apples, caramelized onions, dried cranberries, sage butter – The earthly flavors of Pumpkin Head go hand-in-hand with apples and sage.
- Short Rib | Imperial Porter: Balsamic Braise, Herb n’Goat Cheese Polenta, Micro Arugula – Heavy set Imperial Porter can stand against the bold flavors of tart goat cheese and peppery arugula.
- Bartlet Pear Crumble | Apricot Wheat Beer: Almonds, Oats & Honey, Fresh Cream – The fruity accents of Apricot Wheat make it an obvious pair to the pear.
