Bread & Brew Weekend with King Arthur Flour:

The Norwich Inn Brewer, Jeremy Hebert, in partnership with Norwich’s King Arthur Flour, invite you to our first ever Bread & Brew Weekend. Learn about the craft of beer and bread making while enjoyng great food. This will be very similar to our popular Brewer Weekends, but with a customized bread baking class option on Saturday afternoon. This class will feature bread baking at King Arthur’s Baking Education Center with Jasper Murdock Ale grain ingredients. You can brew all day with Jeremy or brew in the morning and take the bread baking class in the afternoon.
The Inn is renowned for its variety of English-style Ales, created at our Brewery and sold only on site. Our beers have won one Gold and four Silver Medals in recent years at the Great International Beer Competition. The iconic King Arthur Flour is America’s oldest flour company, founded in 1790. Its Norwich headquarters and Baking Education Center, is in a 16,000-square-foot timber-frame structure called “Camelot.”
The weekend will be capped by the “Brewer’s Banquet,” featuring the creations of Chef Cal Hingston married with generous samplings of Jasper Murdock Ales and beer inspired bread made in the afternoon class.
