Book Release: New Hampshire Beer – Brewing from Sea to Summit

POURTSMOUTH, N.H. — Beer enthusiasts Brian Aldrich and Michael Meredith are holding a release party for their book New Hampshire Beer: Brewing from Sea to Summit on Thursday June 26 at the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel.

New Hampshire Beer focuses on the brewing culture in the Granite State from the first brewers of the 1990s like Portsmouth Brewery and Martha’s Exchange to the newcomers making big waves like Schilling and Earth Eagle. The book explorers the history of 25+ breweries with stories gathered from brewers, owners and beer lovers.

Brian Aldrich: Brian began writing about beer in 2010 for his blog Seacoast Beverage Lab. The popularity of his blog led to a audio/video podcast of the same name in which he and 4 other beer enthusiasts discuss beer news and talk with brewers from around the country. Brian is the Beer Master at the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel, where he provides guests with a unique craft beer experience.

Michael Meredith: Michael started his love for craft beer in 2011 after graduating from Endicott College with his master’s in business administration. Co-host of the Seacoast Beverage Lab Podcast since 2012, Michael enjoys exploring all the craft beer world has to offer. Michael works in the beer, wine and spirits industry for a promotional products firm.
