1) Grey Lady paired with a light sesame/asian style salad to start with a citrus dressing, possibly some marinated feta as well.
2) Indie Pale Ale paired with Moroccan style chicken (or beef) skewers with Masala dipping sauce.
3) Whales Tail paired with Santaky Light battered fish and chips with hand cut fries.
4) Moor Porter paired with a flourless chocolate torte, vanilla iced cream, crumbled heath bar and caramel sauce.
